Aurora Blues are an up and coming band on the Edinburgh gig scene who; despite being relatively new, have been receiving a lot of positive attention from various sources, including record labels.
Aurora Blues are Chris Berry on vocals/rhythm guitar (who formed the band) Cohn Livingstone on lead guitar, Jony Allan on bass with Tim Pow on drums and Ralph will be spinning The Battle on this Sunday's (16.4.17) Indie Show on Radio KC.
In January Aurora Blues played in the final of the Soundwaves music competition on the main stage at the O2 ABC in Glasgow and this August they've been booked to play at the Party at the Palace festival in Linlithgow on the same day (12th August) as the Kaiser Chiefs.
Early March saw the release of Loud Noises which is their second EP to date, and it has has met with critical acclaim.
Gig-wise Aurora Blues are playing at Edinburgh's Old Town Food Festival on Saturday April 15th and 16th, a great opportunity to catch them live if you're in Auld Reekie!
